It is often the case in working groups. Sometimes, problems are more
complicated than they seem at the first glance and work done in common
help to push asides half-baked ideas. Hardly a failure.

There is a reason I use commercial Internet software rather than
niche applications for techies, it isn't for my benefit, it is
because it is the only way I can understand problems from the
perspective of the average user.

Walk two or three miles to get water, instead of turning the tap, and
you will understand problems from the perspective of the average
African woman. Interesting idea.
