I find this stuff interesting... But when do we get to the issues of PGP/MIME.

1) What are the issues we need to overcome to gain r-concensus on PGP's current
public distribution.

1.A) Now that I've got your attention - classify PGP's current weaknesses & 
focus
on solutions not retoric.

2) What are the issues we need to overcome to gain r-concensus for MIME 
transport
of PGP services?

3) Define other issues (don't solve them).
