Technically, mine is (not counting patents and other various external
legal restrictions - I only say if you cripple it call it something else.
I use SSLeay which can use a number of RSA software variants with
different license policies, and a few other libs which have copyright
notices on them which I leave pointers to in the READMEs and patches as
necessary).
Actually I reworked the calls so the names make more sense and am doing a
major clean-up and verification this weekend. It also munges cleanly ;),
but I don't have a publisher.
