In section 5.8:

The body of this packet consists of:

The three octets 0x60, 0x47, 0x60 (which spell "PGP" in UTF-8). 


PGP 5.0 creates a marker packet of 0x50, 0x47, 0x50. PGP 5.0 will fail if
0x60, 0x47, 0x60 is used.
