Correction reqd. in 5.5.2

To all,

You may have already noticed, but in 5.5.2 the MPI values for y (for DSA 
and ElGamal) have been stated as:
MPI of ... public key value y (=g**x where x is secret)

This should read:

MPI of ... public key value y (=g**x mod p where x is secret)
