Elliptic Curves

Now that we are done with mime, is anybody interessted in adding
ECC/ECDSA to the open-pgp standard?

I think it would be time to do so and it won't be hard to specify
(for those who had implemented elliptic curves in some context it
is very clear what algorithm-specific values are needed).
