DRIVING DIRECTIONS

A KINNEY PARKING GARAGE IS LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF OLD SLIP AND SOUTH STREET.  THE GARAGE IS OPEN 24 HOURS.

JFK International Airport 

Take the Belt Parkway (West) to the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel.  Exit tunnel, make a left into the Battery Park Underpass.  As you exit the Underpass, stay to your right and take the first Exit (South Street).  The building is one block and in front of you.  The firehouse is located within our building.

LaGuardia Airport 

Grand Central Parkway (West) to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (West) to the Brooklyn Bridge-Cadman Plaza Exit.  Take the Brooklyn Bridge (follow signs) and exit at the Pearl Street Exit.  Make a right onto Pearl Street.  Continue on Pearl Street (becomes Water Street) until you reach Wall Street.  Make a left onto Wall Street.  Go two blocks to South Street.  Make a right onto South Street.  Go one block.  The building is on your right.  The firehouse is located within our building.

Newark Airport 

Take the New Jersey Turnpike (North) to the Holland Tunnel (Exit 14C).  Exit tunnel and follow signs for Downtown.  Go approximately half way around the circle.  You will see a police precinct.  Make a right onto Varick Street.  Go approximately 7 Blocks, make a right turn and follow to West Street.  Make a left onto West Street which becomes the West Side Highway (toward the Downtown Heliport).  Continue past the World Trade Center and the Battery Park Tunnel.  Follow signs for the FDR.  Take the Battery Park Underpass.  As you exit the Underpass stay to the right and take the first Exit (South Street).  The building is one block and in front of you.  The firehouse is located within our building.

George Washington Bridge 

Exit the bridge onto the Henry Hudson Parkway (South) which becomes the West Side Highway.  Follow the West Side Highway (AKA West Street).  Continue on the West Side Highway (toward the Downtown Heliport).  Continue past the World Trade Center and the Battery Park Tunnel.  Follow signs for the FDR.  Take the Battery Park Underpass.  As you exit the underpass stay to the right and take the first Exit (South Street).  The building is one block and in front of you.  The firehouse is located within our building.

Lincoln Tunnel

Exit Tunnel and follow the signs to the West Side Highway.  Make a left onto the West Side Highway (toward the Downtown Heliport).  Continue past the World Trade Center and the Battery Park Tunnel.  Follow signs for the FDR.  Take the Battery Park Underpass.  As you exit the Underpass stay to the right and take the first Exit (South Street).  The building is one block and in front of you. SUBWAYS:

A Train:

Get off at Broadway/Nassau.  Walk south on Broadway to Wall Street.  At Wall Street, turn left.  Proceed down Wall Street until you reach Water Street.  Cross Water Street and go one block to Front Street.  Make a right and proceed one block on Front Street to Gouverneur's Lane.  32 Old Slip (Financial Square) is across the street. 

C and E Train:
Get off at the last stop, Chambers Street.  Walk toward the first car and take the staircase on your left after you go through the turnstile. (You will see a sign, "St. Paul's Church." )  When you get upstairs you will be on Church Street, go one block east to Broadway.  Walk south on Broadway - pick up from directions above.

No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 Trains:

Get off at the Wall Street stop.  At the foot of Wall Street, walk south on Water Street for two blocks, turn left and walk one block.  32 Old Slip (Financial Square)  is on the corner.

N and R Trains:

Get off the train at Whitehall Street.  Take staircase closest to the first car.  At the top of second staircase, turn to the left and take final staircase.  Walk straight ahead to Water Street, turn right and proceed north on Water to Old Slip - 2 long blocks.  Cross Old Slip, turn right and go one block - 32 Old Slip (Financial Square) is across the street.
