OPES BOF at WCW01?

Has anyone submitted a proposal for an OPES-related BOF or panel at the
Sixth Intl. Web Caching and Content Distribution Workshop
(http://www.cs.bu.edu/pub/wcw01)?  If not, should we, and what exactly
should the topic be?
