Drafts Timeline

Folks,

given that there are currently no appearent major issues with the 
three WG drafts, we're setting Friday, 8/2/2002 as a cutoff date for 
feedback and comments on these three drafts. The editors will take all 
feedback received by then into consideration and update the three 
drafts. Following that (within a few days), we'll be publishing the 
updated versions and issue a WG last call.
