draft-ietf-opes-authorization-00.txt

A couple of weeks ago we published the initial version of the OPES 
requirements draft for policy, authorization, and enforcement. So far we 
haven't received any comments on this draft.
If you do have any comments on this draft, please post them to the 
mailing list now so that we can incorporate them into the draft as we 
begin working on the -01 version.
