I just noticed an error in the draft-ietf-opes-protocol-reqs-03.txt; in
section 5.2 "hop-by-hop confidentiality", the text refers to "end-to-end
encryption."  It should refer to "hop-by-hop encryption", because you cannot
use OPES boxes with end-to-end (consumer-provider) encryption.
