FYI: OCP Core draft does not have any XXXs left. Please see
Change Log for a list of recent changes. There are a few new
issues that are worth discussing but I left them out of the draft
for now in case we decide it is time for a last call instead.

I intend to continue working on the draft over the weekend, making
mostly editorial changes. Most known major issues are resolved, and
only a few XXXs remain.
