This document is the product of the Open Pluggable Edge Services Working 
Group.

Technical Summary
 
   The Internet Architecture Board (IAB) documented nine
   architecture-level considerations for the Open Pluggable Edge
   Services (OPES) framework.  This document describes how OPES
   addresses those considerations.
