This document specifies the requirements that the OPES (Open
Pluggable Edge Services) callout protocol must satisfy in order to
support the remote execution of OPES services.  The requirements are
intended to help evaluate possible protocol candidates, as well as
to guide the development of such protocols.

This document is a product of the Open Pluggable Edge Services Working
Group of the IETF.

This memo provides information for the Internet community.  It does
not specify an Internet standard of any kind.  Distribution of this
memo is unlimited.

This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list

specifically noted otherwise on the RFC itself, all RFCs are for
unlimited distribution.
