New versions of the drafts available

I've sent off the -01 versions of the two S/MIME drafts to the Internet
Drafts editor. To help avoid the wait for them to be posted on the official
directories, I've also updated the IMC copies at:

<http://www.imc.org/draft-dusse-smime-cert>

Each draft has a list of changes from the earlier version in an appendix
near the end of the draft. Please read them over and feel free to comment.
