ESS-00 countersignature Comment

Paul,

I need to change comment #7 in my 11/6 message subject "ESS-00 Comments".  I
erroneously stated that a counterSignature attribute MUST BE authenticated.
In fact, PKCS #9 states that it MUST NOT BE authenticated.  That needs to be
reflected in the list of attributes in ESS-00, Sec 1.3.4.
