Propose that the following statement should be added to the Enhanced
Security Services for S/MIME, Section 2.2, intro paragraphs: "A
ReceiptRequest attribute MUST NOT be included in the attributes of a
SignerInfo in a SignedData object that encapsulates a Receipt content. In
other words, the user agent MUST NOT request a signed receipt for a signed
receipt."
