Solved (was: Re: OID registry?)

1998-01-21 13:31:04
There's probably a very simple answer to this question: is there a central
registry of interesting S/MIME-related OIDs? In particular, I'm looking for
the arc under 1.2.840.1015, which doesn't appear in any of the drafts or
the registry at domen.uninett.no.

The 1.2.840.1015 OIDs appeared because I had an obsolete version of our
ASN.1 parser that didn't properly handle id_PKCS9*. Now all the OIDs I see,
and generate, are defined according to the PKCS definitions at the
<http://www.imc.org/ietf-smime/oids.html> site John pointed out. Thanks to
all who responded.

Cheers,
-Pau
