Thanks.  The contentType attribue is defined in CMS, and it already has an
OID.

I will assign an OID for the encapsulatedContentType attribute.  In fact,
I'll do it now ... I assigned:

    id-smime OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { iso(1) member-body(2) us(840) 
            rsadsi(113549) pkcs(1) pkcs-9(9) 16 }

    id-aa   OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { id-smime 2 }

    id-aa-encapContentType OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { id-aa 6 }
