RE: 'Signature Purpose' attribute?

Tim,

I don't object to the inclusion of the 'Signature Purpose' attribute as a
SHOULD requirement in CMS.  I don't believe that it needs to be a MUST
requirement.  Furthermore, I believe that it should always be non-critical.
If an application doesn't support it, then it will ignore it.
