The current -msg draft does not document any of the SMIMECapabilities.
These all currently live at http://www.imc.org/ietf-smime/oids.html
Based on the addition of SMIMEVersion as an S/MIME capability, do we
want to continue with this and simply put it into the OID pile, or do we
want to fully document all of the capabilities in the -msg draft or some
other draft? I personally think that a separate draft is needed to not
only serve as a list of OIDs and syntax, but document their meanings as
well. This draft will be more of a "living" draft, since the list of
capabilities will change more frequently than the CMS profile defined in
-msg.
