Sec 12.1, to be consistent with Sec 11.2, the last sentence should read "In
addition, digest values may be located in the Message Digest signed
attribute".
Sec 12.2, as per Sec 12.1, I suggest you had the following at the end
"Signature values are located in the SignerInfo signature field. In
addition, Signature values may be located in the Countersignature unsigned
attribute".
Sec 12.3.3.1, sentence should read "Distribution of the key material used
to encrypt ..."
Sec 12.6, the last sentence should read "MAC algorithms appear in the
AuthenticatedData macAlgorithm field".
Sec 12.6, as per Sec 12.1, I suggest you had the following at the end "MAC
values are located in the AuthenticatedData mac field".
