Thank you very much for your feedback.  Russ asked that I submit the minutes
to "minutes(_at_)ietf(_dot_)org".  In the "official" minutes, I plan to change 
the
sentence "The attendees agreed that wording was sufficient." to "Denis said
that he would send a message to the S/MIME WG mail list regarding this topic
as a stimulus for further debate."
