NT SP4 and MIME types

Hello,

this is a more 'product related' question:

Is it correct that Netscape Messenger does recognize application/x-pkcs7-mime
but not application/pkcs7-mime? Is it true for other implementations, too?

NT SP4 overwrites the respective HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT entry which causes
Outlook (add-ins) to send the new type recommended by RFC 2311 for
attachments like smime.p7m.
