Mailing loop problem; probably solved

Hi there. Some of you have gotten multiple copies of two messages sent to 
the list. I believe we found the culprit and have fixed the problem. If you 
get multiple copies of *this* message, it means that we didn't get it fixed 
on the first round, but I'll be watching carefully.
