Need an OID from the S/MIME arc?

With the help of Paul Hoffman, we have set up a special mail address to 
obtain OIDs from the S/MIME arc.  Please send future requests for OIDs in 
the S/MIME arc to <ietf-smime-oid-reg(_at_)imc(_dot_)org>.  I have set up a filter in 
my mail client to flag messages that are sent to this address.  This should 
help me to handle OID requests efficiently and effectively.
As usual, the S/MIME OIDs are posted at imc.org.
