Umm, what? When does the client send the server's FQDN? If you're
thinking of HELO or EHLO, they include the client's name, not the
server's. Even if they did include the server's FQDN, that's not enough
to tell you which domain the client was interested in talking about, as
there may be MXes for multiple domains pointing to the same FQDN.
