For instance, our software checks SPF, and we have SPF records on our
domain, but a lot of our customers don't have SPF records because
they're too complex for them to set up unaided (and they don't want to
spend a few pounds more to get our help). Because we're email
implementers, we have far more understanding of the email infrastructure
than our customers, so, obviously, we'll do far more 'cutting edge' things.
