About not listening to "Kysi Ferrul"

Two things for the IETF list to consider:

1) The relevant persons to complain to about IETF list behaviour are the 
IETF Chair and the IETF Executive Director. NOT the list.
See http://www.ietf.org/maillist.html for the details.
(if you worry about "bothering important people", consider that they read 
the list too. You are already bothering them.)
2) "Kysi Ferrul" is already filtered from ietf+censored, and has been for a 
long time. Messages to the IETF list concerning him are not.
So every time you complain to the IETF list, you are bothering 146 people 
who are otherwise not bothered by this person.
Please don't mail the list.
