Have u read <Internet Routing Architectures> by Bassam Halabi?

In  p423,route reflectors ,figure 11-13 Route reflectors.

When RTG receives routes from RTA,it should transmit to RTF. Right?
But when we use three routes,RTA,RTG,RTF, simulating this example,RTG does
not Transmit routes from RTA to RTF.
can u tell me why and give me some command line guideness?
