mail loop warning to list admins

very very serious mail loops today, like hundreds of messages an
hour.  the cause seems to be braja(_at_)tellium(_dot_)com(_dot_)  as the looper
seems to muck the headers, normal loop prevention seems not to
work.  i have commented that address out of lists, and the flood is
abating.
