Subject: Securing SNMPv3 via SSH tunnels
I am seeking to secure SNMPv3 communications (e.g., RFC 3414),
trying to protect against its well-known vulnerabilities such as spoofing.
...
Although this discussion probably belongs on the snmpv3 WG mailing list,
I'd appreciate a pointer to these "well-known vulnerabilities", since protection
against spoofing (masquerade) is an explicit goal in section 1.1 of 3414.
