Another approach could be to do serious surgery on how the IESG
operates to make it a more scalable group.
If my faulty memory is not faulty on this point, you joined IESG after
Harald's two-level proposal was posted - version 00 says it was discussed
with the IESG, but may not have been discussed (again) after you joined.
