Re: Call for input: draft-hartman-mailinglist-experiment-00.txt

As I have said before, I do not consider it a good procedure to discuss 
changing of mailing list management procedures at the same time as an 
extremely contentious application of the existing rules is still waiting 
for a decision.
I wish to comment on the draft, but wish to do so no earlier than a week 
after the IESG hands down its decision, for the reasons given in an earlier 
mail to this list today.
