jabber?

On http://www.ietf.org/meetings/text_conf.html it says that the  
jabber group chats are at (for instance)  
hallway(_at_)rooms(_dot_)jabber(_dot_)ietf(_dot_)org, but this doesn't work. When I go to  
hallway(_at_)jabber(_dot_)ietf(_dot_)org it does seem to work, but I'm the only one  
there...
What gives?
