If the answer is 'no' then this entire line of argument is bunk. The
Internet is going to be built by real engineers solving real
engineering problems with running code.
either that, or it will be destroyed by people pretending to be
engineers (but failing to use any semblance of engineering discipline),
solving imagined and/or poorly understood problems, with code that runs
amok.
