Re: Last Call: draft-dawkins-nomcom-openlist (Nominating Committee Proce

I too support publication of this document.  I think this fixes a  
serious weakness in the current nomcom process and this will make the  
selection process more transparent.   I understand the downsides, but  
think overall it is an improvement.
