Activities that take place near the IETF meeting venue

During IETF 77, the IESG decided that the best way to advertise events
that take place near the IETF meetings is to put up a wiki page that
lets the sponsors make their own announcements.

The wiki pages for such announcements is now available at
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/misc/venue/
