Thanks for your message and your consideration of the points I raised.
Given the
scope of changes below, my first suggestion is that the author team actually
go ahead with a draft incorporating these changes, so that we can discuss
based on the actual text. I also suspect that a second last call will
be necessary as
a result.
the plan is to give the authors some time to discuss with all of you who
sent comments on the draft so that the authors understand how to address
them. Depending on the nature of the changes needed, we may need to IETF
LC it again (as you suggest above) or even let the WG have an additional
look at it.
