Dear Monique,
The IETF relies on members of the community to volunteer for key roles in our
organization. You have provided a great example for this spirit of
volunteerism through your role as the IETF liaison manager for Next Generation
Networking (NGN) to the ITU-T. You provided the ITU-T program valuable
information about activities in study groups 11 and 13, and provided us the
opportunity to engage the appropriate people to address early on areas of
mutual interest to both organizations, in a way that avoided conflict.
The IAB thanks you for this service and we hope that you may be called upon in
the future for other roles.
