OPS-Dir review of draft-ietf-lisp-introduction-12.txt

2015-02-17 18:40:17
Hi Albert,

We have posted an updated version of draft-lisp-introduction hopefully
addressing all the comments besides UDP Zero.

I’ve scanned the diff wrt the -11 version, and it does look like all the
comments have been addressed besides the one on UDP zero checksums for IPv6.
I’m going to walk away from that comment, as there is some rationale for that
design decision in the existing draft text, and moreover, the primary
responsibility for that explanation falls on the LISP protocol RFCs that have
already been approved by the IESG.

Hence, I think this -12 version of the introduction draft is good to go. Thank
you to you and the other authors for addressing the comments in a thorough
fashion and for doing so even though they arrived after the conclusion of IETF
Last Call on this draft.

Regards,
--David
