All we are getting from URI is the ability to point the web
service endpoint at any place in the Web site.
And, if nothing else, the ability to use URI schemes other than
https. I think that is rather important; YMMD.
draft-falstrom-uri says "URI", not "web" or "http" or "https"
and the difference is significant.
