I managed to book last night for November 1-5, not until the 8th.
I called the hotel but they said they are already fully booked because of the
IETF.

Our IAD and the IAOC are looking into this.
We will do our best to understand and improve the situation.
It may take a day or so to get answers back from the hotel and see what we can
