Why do the mnav.cgi URLs for Prev Period and Next Period seem to be
building a URL named "www.birfield.comhttp"?
In apache's httpd.conf, we have "ServerName www.birfield.com".
Changed:
ROOT_URL=http://www.birfield.com/archives
...to:
ROOT_URL=/archives
...in lib/config.sh, which fixed the problem.
