Please help.mharc

Just now I installed mharc.All went of well.
But when I run make it gave 2 errors
One make file had tar cmd with -X flag .So I had to chage it to -f flag as
shown below.
@$(TAR) -c \
         -f $(TAR_EXC_FILE) \
         -f - $(DIST_FILES) | (cd dist/mharc; tar xfp -)
 
Now it runs but gives out error ./bin/pod2html not found .
 
I installed mharc from web and downloaded and got it installed .But I cant
see this file under ./bin directory.
 
What could be wrong.
