[approved] How to remove unwanted mail headers from messages

[Earl, thanks for your quick and helpful answer to my last question..]

Is there an easy way to do this? For example, I'd like to *not* have the 
List-subscribe, List-unsubscribe, etc. headers in each of the messages 
displayed in the archives.

Also, how do I go about editing the way that the lists.html file looks? I 
notice that on the:

http://www.mhonarc.org/archive/html/

..page, it looks very nice!
