mharc read-mail not calling web-archive?

Hi, I'm having trouble with mailing list archiving I recently took over
and moved to a new box. The problem seems to be when read-mail runs, it
doesn't run web-archive. Running web-archive manually updates the
archive pages. There isn't any output from read-mail.

I'm using mharc 0.7.3 and mhonarc 2.6.10. is it possible that these
versions are incompatable?
