Ok, I'm a few steps forward.
Attached are unified diff's of what I've done to mharc to support Maildir
format from start.

Still I must be doin' something wrong because I'm getting nothing on my
html dir, nor my mbox dir(here I only get dir's matching the lists names).

Attached is also my config.sh and procmail.log for you to see what I'm doing 
wrong...
