Log Message:
* Bug reporting information changed: Bugs should now be submitted via
the savannah web site.
* List of open and fixed bugs removed: URLs provided to savannah to
where such lists can be obtained.
NOTE: Because of the new bug reporting format, the old list of
fixed bugs will no longer be accessible. I could try to
insert the old bug fixes into savannah, but I do not think
it is worth the effort and ton of email to the dev list.
