Details:

When spammode is on

  * It would be nice if mhonarc inserted rel="nofollow" attributes in
    message body hyperlinks. This is a recent initiative by major
    search engines to combat spam in blogs (by removing some of the
    incentive) but it is also relevant to mailing list archives.
